Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SDET Trainer role based in the Pune District. The SDET Trainer will design and deliver training programs on Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) concepts, including programming fundamentals, test automation, and quality engineering best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions, creating practical exercises and projects, and assessing learner progress through assignments and evaluations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align training content with organizational standards, providing individual guidance and mentoring to learners, and continuously updating course curricula to reflect current industry trends and tools. The SDET Trainer is expected to maintain a structured, inclusive learning environment and support participants in developing job-ready technical and professional skills.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development, preferably in modern frameworks and architectures.
• Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with the ability to teach core principles and best practices.
• Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in technical domains, with clear and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks, version control systems, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Ability to design structured training programs, create educational content, and evaluate learner performance objectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, patience, and a learner-centric mindset, with the ability to work on-site in Pune District.
