Embedded Audio Engineer(Bangalore:

5-12 Years of industry experience
Skill Set we are looking for
• Strong in programming and analytical skills - fluent with C and C++
• Understanding of embedded systems RTOS, interrupts, tasks etc
• Familiarity with Audio streaming frameworks like OpenMax, SOF, ALSA
• Knowledge of Audio protocols IIS, TDM, PCM
• Knows to use CRO, Logic Analyzer, Audio Precision tools
• Understands schematics and datasheets
• Usage of CI/CD, git, cmake for development tasks and unit tests.
• Familiarity with Visio or any UML diagram creator for communicating and creating design docs.

Key Skill Expectations (Embedded Software):

Strong programming expertise in C/C++, with focus on embedded systems
Proven experience in software development from scratch, adhering to programming principles and quality coding standards
Solid understanding of data structures, software design, and architecture (APIs, libraries, frameworks)
Hands-on experience with connectivity protocols/interfaces such as TSN, PTP, Ethernet, ORAN, etc.
Exposure to Linux user space frameworks and applications, with knowledge of multi-threading, IPC, and OS internals
Familiarity with Linux kernel concepts (preferred)
Experience with build systems (Yocto) and code management tools (Git, Bitbucket)
Strong experience in code reviews, regression, and automation tools
Expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization (power/memory) in Linux environments
Understanding of hardware-software interfacing and debugging techniques
Exposure to FPGA and RISC-V processors (preferred)
Awareness of AI agents and prompt engineering (good to have)
