Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately and comprehensively.

Requirements:
Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service through emails.

Willingness to acquire in-depth product knowledge for accurate customer assistance.
