• A/B test subject lines, content, and CTA strategies for better performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Collaborate with the sales team to align email campaigns with business goals.
• Research and implement best practices in email marketing and lead generation.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in email marketing and lead generation (preferably in B2B or B2C).
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
• Proficiency in email automation, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance regulations.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead nurturing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in running lead generation campaigns in a competitive market.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, HTML for emails, and marketing analytics.
