Job Summary
Run and analyze large scale personalized email marketing campaigns. Measure and manage KPIs like bounces, opt-outs, CTR and subsequent digital engagement. Optimize campaign HTML content as per best practices. Test and recommend new marketing tools and techniques to improve email deliverability and campaign performance.
Duties/Responsibilities
• Campaign Development & Optimization: Design, create, and execute email marketing campaigns (lead nurture, event and whitepaper promotions), while managing and optimizing workflows through automation tools to enhance deliverability and engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using key metrics (bounces, opt-outs, click-through rates, digital engagement), conducting A/B tests and providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Compliance, List Management & Design: Ensure compliance with regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), manage subscriber lists, and utilize HTML/CSS expertise to create responsive, best-practice email templates for optimal user experience across devices.
Education and Experience
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in email marketing operations/automation roles in B2B SaaS industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce). Experience using BI Tools (Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI), HTML/CSS to design responsive email templates and optimize for deliverability.
