What You’ll Do
This isn’t a “post and forget it” role. You’ll be responsible for building reliable, repeatable email and social systems that reinforce client positioning, support sales, and keep landscape brands active and relevant year-round. Your work directly impacts how Halstead clients show up, how clearly they communicate, and how confident their customers feel choosing them.
Email Marketing Ownership & Execution
Own email marketing execution for clients, including newsletters, nurturing sequences, seasonal campaigns, and promotional sends.
Build, schedule, and manage emails inside platforms like HubSpot (and similar tools), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery.
Write clear, engaging, typo-free email copy that aligns with the client’s services, audience, and goals.
Collaborate with strategy and leadership to align email content with broader marketing initiatives, sales cycles, and seasonal priorities.
Maintain clean formatting, proper links, images, and CTAs—nothing broken, nothing rushed.
Track and monitor performance (open rates, click-through rates, engagement trends) and flag insights or opportunities for improvement.
Apply StoryBrand to copy/framework.
Organic Social Media Management
Manage organic social posting for clients across platforms like Facebook and Instagram (and others as applicable).
Create and schedule posts consistently—balancing promotional, educational, and brand-building content.
Write strong, on-brand captions that reflect the client’s voice and services without fluff or filler.
Build simple, clean social graphics in Canva; partner with designers when more advanced creative is needed.
Ensure posts are accurate, relevant, and aligned with the season, services, and local context.
Maintain content calendars and posting schedules so clients show up reliably without gaps.
Manage comments and posts through timely responses/comments and on-brand voice.
