Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Email Marketing Manager.

The Email Marketing

Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities include managing marketing automation tools, creating targeted customer journeys, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support lead generation and digital marketing initiatives. The role also involves ensuring email content aligns with branding while adhering to best practices for deliverability and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Marketing Automation and CRM tools
- Experience in Marketing, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and tools
- Exceptional analytical skills to assess campaign performance and improve results
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace
- Familiarity with email design and coding best practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
