Role & responsibilities
Database Building and Prospect Research:
Gathering and compiling prospect information using platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Google.
Help research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to create relevant prospect lists.
Organize and maintain databases with accurate lead information for easy follow-up.
Email Marketing Support:
Drafting and sending personalized email campaigns aimed at generating interest and booking meetings.
Monitor email campaign performance, track responses, and optimize outreach strategies.
Regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing engagement with prospects.
LinkedIn Outreach and Engagement:
Building professional connections with prospects via LinkedIn through personalized messages.
Lead Qualification and Meeting Scheduling:
In case of positive response , pass the lead to the sales team
Maintain a record of scheduled meetings and progress, reporting key metrics to the team.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Communicate regularly with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and provide any additional information needed.
Provide insights from outreach campaigns to help optimize future strategies and improve conversion rates.
Preferred candidate profile
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science , Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of email marketing, social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), and lead generation practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented individual.
Previous experience or familiarity with ZoomInfo, Apollo, or other CRM/lead-generation tools is a plus.
