Job Overview

We are seeking freshers with excellent communication skills to join our team as Email / Chat Support Freshers. As an Email / Chat Support Fresher, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient customer support through email and chat channels. This is a remote full-time position with Click Career Pro HR Solutions, located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Roles and Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely support through email and chat channels
• Assist customers in resolving product or service related issues
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing customer concerns and meeting their needs
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and achieve team goals
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and latest customer support techniques
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer queries, comments, and complaints
