Job Purpose
• Daily/Monthly Sales productivity tracking vs budget and key business metrics
• Scorecard computations
• Incentive Calculations
• Rewards and Recognition
• Regional Dashboards
Key Accountabilities
• Reconciliation of data from multiple sources
• Simulations for changes in scorecard metrics that may be required from time to time
• Scorecard calculations at employee level for each KPI parameters for 20+ profiles.
• Incentive calculations for sales producers
• Simulation on previous quarters data before launching any Tactical program
• Annual target setting before year beginning and daily/ monthly tracking at various levels against budgets
• Analyze potential problem areas and present to business to assist pre-emptive actions
Job Duties & responsibilities
• To roll out scorecard to the frontline on monthly basis
• Calculation Incentive on quarterly basis
• Track actuals vs targets for key business metrics at various levels
• Publishing and computing final winners' whenever Tactical announced
• Sending monthly finance and other data in specific data format with Group
• Budget exercises need to be done at Branch, Cluster, Region and product wise.
Education / Preferred Qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate Computer Science/IT/Engg
Core Competencies
• Hands on experience in Data Management and Business Analytics
• Proficient in SQL, MS Excel and Python and basic SAS
• Team player
• A positive, enthusiastic, committed and 'can do' approach.
• Strong academic background
• Should be self -motivated and adaptable
• Should be focused and well organized
Technical Experience and Competencies
• Good Understanding of Banking Products and KPIs
• Programming Expertise in SQL, SAS; Preferable – Python
• Proficiency in Visualisation Tools like QlikView / Tableau and MS Excel
• Good written and oral communication skills
