Our leading hospitality client needs a talented Event Manager with CVENT experience to support B2B marketing events.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Responsibilities of the Event Manager:
• Use PM tool to coordinate events
• Design custom websites for each event
• Manage meeting logistics
• Manage and maintain a budget for each event
• Develop post-event surveys and reports
Requirements of the Event Manager:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Basic knowledge of production processes, quality controls, costs, and techniques to manufacture and distribute goods
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio
• Effective communication, problem solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong CVENT experience required; CVENT certification preferred
