Job Summary
The Electronic Installer is responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting our company’s laptops, radio and electronic equipment in our fleet. This includes License Plate Reader Cameras (LPRs), vehicle laptop and printers and industry specific software.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Installation and maintenance of License Plate Reader Cameras (LPRs)
· Troubleshoot system issues
· Setup computers and laptops
· Setup and maintain printers
· Setup workstations
· Troubleshoot hardware
· Provide basic system training when needed
· Respond to employee technical issues
· Other responsibilities needed
Education & Experience
· High School Diploma
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or
· Technical school certification
· 2 or more years’ experience in electronic installation
