Job Description
1. Electronic Engineer
Locations:
Jaipur- 2 positions
Experience: 1–2 Years
Availability: Immediate
Budget: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (in hand)
Role: L1 Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Having experience in PLC scada
Perform routine health checks of the DRONA application, including functionality and control systems.
Handle DRONA system monitoring, troubleshooting, and call resolution, covering both hardware and application issues.
Maintain backup of PLC programs related to the DRONA MES system.
Coordinate with the Central DRONA L2 Support Team for advanced issue resolution.
Gather new requirements, concerns, change requests, and enhancement inputs from users.
Ensure high application availability and optimal performance across all critical stations, including conducting GEMBA visits on the shop floor to understand issues firsthand.
Create user awareness by demonstrating DRONA functionalities and ensuring smooth adoption.
Manage new deployments, functional testing, and validation to meet evolving business needs.
