Extensive knowledge of and experience with pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical maintenance, and electrical controls
Proven experience working with motors, conveyors, packaging equipment, and Allen Bradley PLC's
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and team members
A commitment to safety and efficiency, with a track record of maintaining a safe and productive work environment
Ability to document all work performed and contribute to the development of maintenance procedures and best practices
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively
Must be able to work independently and make decisions based on a thorough understanding of the necessary technical requirements

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be a crucial part of our operations, maintaining and improving the performance of all our construction equipment
You will be working with a wide variety of machinery, from conveyors and packaging equipment to motors and Allen Bradley PLC's
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in complex electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, conveyors, and packaging systems
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Allen Bradley PLC's and other electrical control systems
Utilize your expertise in pneumatics to maintain and improve our equipment's performance
Troubleshoot electrical issues, using your knowledge and experience to identify and fix problems quickly and efficiently
Assist in the design and installation of new machinery and equipment, ensuring that all systems meet our high standards of safety and performance
Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize workflow and improve overall operational efficiency
Document all maintenance and repair work, contributing to our ongoing effort to improve procedures and best practices
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, maintaining a safe and productive work environment for all employees

You will be working with a wide variety of machinery, from conveyors and packaging equipment to motors and Allen Bradley PLC's. As such, a strong background in pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical maintenance, and electrical controls is essential.
