Electro Mechanical Lugs Design Engineer - (U5+8)

Job description
The ideal candidate will operate as a Project Leader / Electro-Mechanical Lead Engineer in charge of managing relations with a key supplier (Electrical Lugs, Lugs Box, Connectors, Sealings), and manage product design activities. Responsibilities Work with Product Engineering / Design team from the supplier to develop specific product range Evaluate electro-mechanical products portfolio (Lugs, Lugs Box) Test and evaluate finished products (Lugs, Lugs Box) from a supplier Run troubleshoots / Tests effort Evaluate and support UL Certification requirements Operate design / re-design requests for robustness or process improvements As a Project Manager, report and coordinate cross functionnal teams in a large and global organization Qualifications Associate or Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechnical Engineering or related field 5 to 8 years experience in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, including extensive experience in Mechanical Design Strong problem solving, technical skills especillay in the field of Product Design (Mechanical Design) Good knowledges and skills on UL Certifications requirements and process Strong written and verbal communication Autonomy and leadership Ability to travel in the USA, Mexico and India
