As an Electrification Site Solution Development Engineer, you will be part of the Electrification & Energy Solutions division supporting cross-functional teams
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization
Design and develop customer- or site-facing electrification solutions, managing the entire process from requirements analysis to engineering implementation
Translate business and site-specific requirements into detailed system definitions, key technology selections, and integration strategies
Support solution integration, prototype validation, testing, and performance analysis to ensure optimal functionality
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including system, electrical, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality to drive technical reviews and decision-making
Participate in cost assessments, manufacturability evaluations, and reliability analyses to meet business objectives and ensure high-quality deliverables

• Design and develop customer- or site-facing electrification solutions, managing the entire process from requirements analysis to engineering implementation.
