At Advanced Damp, we are specialists in damp proofing and property care services, delivering high-quality solutions to both residential and commercial clients across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician/Plumber to join our expert team.

Role Overview:

This is a dual-skilled role, ideal for a competent individual with experience in both electrical and plumbing work, particularly within the property maintenance or damp proofing sector. You will be responsible for carrying out installations, repairs, and diagnostics on a range of domestic and light commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out electrical and plumbing installations in accordance with regulations.
• Diagnose and repair faults in domestic systems related to damp and water ingress.
• Support damp-proofing works, including installation of ventilation systems and pumps.
• Liaise with customers professionally, providing excellent service and advice.
• Complete reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Requirements:
• Qualified Electrician
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
• Experience working in residential/domestic settings.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
