Key Responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and scheduled servicing of equipment.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve technical issues across multiple systems.
System Monitoring: Ensure optimal performance of building infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety).
Emergency Response: Act promptly to resolve urgent breakdowns or safety hazards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
Compliance: Adhere to safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
