Electrical Project Manager/Estimator

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare electrical estimates and bids.
Ability to read electrical plans, contracts and other project documents.
Manage multiple projects from start to finish.
Estimate and prepare change orders for projects.
Prioritize, maintain logs and submit documentation throughout project: RFI's, change orders, and submittals.
Attend job walks and construction meetings while keeping friendly working relations with other trades and customers.
Implement OSHA safety practices
Performs other project related duties and assignments as instructed by Management.
MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS:

4+ Years of electrical estimating experience.
Previous project management preferred.
Highly self motivated.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
OSHA certification
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
