Role Description The Electrical BIM Modeler is a full-time, on-site role based in the Gurugaon metropolitan area.
Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience creating and managing detailed electrical models.
• Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their coordination within complex building projects.
• Ability to interpret and produce accurate construction drawings and documentation for electrical systems.
• Background in architecture, engineering, or related fields, with experience working as a BIM modeler or similar role.
• Relevant technical degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a closely related discipline.
• Familiarity with industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and basic clash detection processes.
• Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work within project deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in an on-site environment.
