Electrical & Mechanical BIM Modeler/EngineerLocation: Thane/Nagpur (Maharashtra), IndiaObjective of the Role:• Candidate should have Electrical design, modelling, detailing and documentation with handcalculation and US Project experience.• Working experience in Commercial buildings & Residential buildings, Hospital buildings,Sports facilities & Stadium.• Good working knowledge in tools such as Revit MEP, BIM 360, Visual Lighting, Dialux &Navisworks.Education Qualification:• BTech / BE – Electrical• 3-8 years of experience in Electrical projects modeling and documentation.• Proven experience working on projects in the US Market.• Proficiency in REVIT MEP and strong understanding of Electrical engineering principles.• Ability to quickly adapt to and learn client-specific standards.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detailed Role:• Design, Modelling, Detailing, Documentation and Shop Drawings (LOD 350-450)• Lighting calculations using Visual Lighting software.• Design of Electrical systems (2D & 3D), Electrical panel schedules, One-linediagrams, Construction documentation (BIM), Detailed design (BIM), Power layout/design.• Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables in all the Electrical projects.• Deliver the tasks to clients as per the schedule with the supervision of the project lead.• Responsible for overall performance of electrical tasks (as assigned by the project lead).• Delivery of CAD and BIM projects as per client’s expectations.• Lead projects independently.• Ensure timely submission of project deliverables.• Perform Electrical (MEP) modeling.• Create model-based sheetwork and documentation.• Conduct model-based quantity take-offs.• Perform interference checks with MPF, architectural, and structural disciplines.• Highlight critical points and create Requests for Information (RFIs).• Attend project review meetings with clients.• Manage project timesheets.• Monitor project progress and address any arising issues.• Prepare project estimates.Preferred Skills / Attributes• Experience with Navisworks or other BIM software.• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.• Experience with US projects.• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.• Knowledge of BIM processes and workflows
