Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop 3D models for power, lighting, cable trays, and containment systemsIntegrate single-line diagrams (SLDs) into BIM modelsPrepare shop drawings and coordinated electrical layoutsParticipate in clash detection and coordination meetingsEnsure compliance with project BIM standards and templatesCoordinate with mechanical, plumbing, and architectural teamsAssist in quantity take-offs and BOQ extraction from modelsUpdate models based on consultant and site feedbackMaintain documentation and model accuracy throughout the project lifecycleSupport timely project delivery within deadlines
