Educators Wales Seeks Qualified Teaching Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the educational and pastoral needs of our students, working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with lesson planning and preparation
Supervising students during breaks and lunchtimes
Providing additional support to students who require it
Contributing to the development of whole-school initiatives and programs aimed at promoting student well-being and achievement

You will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, ensure the smooth running of classroom activities, and promote a positive attitude towards learning and teaching.
