St Joseph's Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) North Ipswich, is seeking passionate and reliable Experienced Educators to join our team. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where educators play an important role in creating meaningful experiences for children and helping every child thrive.

About the Role
In this role, you'll help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children across all programs. You'll work closely with your team to support children's individual needs, foster positive relationships, and deliver high-quality experiences that encourage participation, confidence, and belonging.

Key Responsibilities
Promote a culture of belonging where every child feels valued, heard, and empowered to participate
Deliver engaging, play-based experiences that reflect children's interests and developmental needs
Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children
Build positive relationships with children, families, school staff, and colleagues
Support the day-to-day operations of the service and contribute to a positive team culture.
Demonstrate reliability, initiative, and professionalism in all aspects of the role

What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience working in OSHC, school-aged care, or a similar education and care setting
A strong understanding of child development, wellbeing, and play-based learning
Completion of, or willingness to complete prior to commencement, the mandatory National Child Safety Training (Gecko Learning)
Ability to confidently engage and support groups of children with diverse interests, backgrounds, and individual needs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, and colleagues
A proactive, reliable, and adaptable team member who contributes positively to team culture
A commitment to creating inclusive environments where every child feels safe, valued, and supported
