Qualifications:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or;
Working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Experience:
Preferably some experience of working in early childhood settings
Personal Qualities:
Honest, open-minded
Able to take direction and have active listening skills
Dedicated to contributing towards a positive organisational culture
Team player, able to compromise for a better group result
A genuine interest in understanding and delivering a high quality Montessori child-centred curriculum
