About the Opportunity
This hybrid/remote working role offers a unique chance to work closely with schools, parents, and other stakeholders to create and manage educational health care plans. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and implementing plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. If you have a passion for SEND and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement educational health care plans for students with SEND
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor progress
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance
