The Centre de services scolaire de Charlevoix is looking for a person to fill a regular position as an educational advisor in special education.
NATURE OF THE WORK
The job includes advisory and support functions for intervenants.es schools and educational services in relation to the implementation, development and evaluation of curricula, classroom management and didactics.
TASKS
Collaborate in the realization of the educational project and the specific projects of the institutions.
Collaborate in the implementation of study and training programs, advise teachers and administrators on the interpretation of these programs, design and facilitate workshops and training sessions on program elements.
Advise and support staff on an individual and collective basis to support day-to-day action.
Design or select training and instrumentation activities for the needs of adaptation, innovation and pedagogical development.
Supporting teachers in the design, development or adaptation of assessment tools.
Participate in the development of strategies and projects to help students who have or are likely to have adjustment or learning difficulties.
Advises supervisors, teachers and professionals on matters relating to staff development programmes, plans such programmes and evaluates the results.
Analyze and advise on the selection of equipment and the layout of the premises.
Advise school intervenants.es on ways to integrate technology into teaching and collaborate in the implementation of projects that go in this direction.
Collaborate with partner organizations and the Ministry of Education.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Possess an undergraduate degree in a field of specialization appropriate to the job. Excellent command of French, both oral and written.
