Salary $145,000 - $185,000 per year

Job Details

Requirements
• Litigation and/or administrative process experience, including handling discovery and preparing pleadings; experience in mediations, arbitrations, and/or trials a plus.
• Experience with IEP's, IDEA Section 504 hearings/conferences/mediations, due process hearings, student claims investigations
• Excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
• Education law experience and/or public entity experience preferred.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
