Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Specialist to deliver high-quality teaching and learning, mentor and coach teachers, and facilitate school-based professional learning.

Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of the Learning Specialist include:

Delivering high-quality teaching and learning
Mentoring and coaching teachers
Facilitating professional learning communities
Providing evidence-based feedback to teachers
Supervising student teachers and mentors
Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, applicants must have:

Provisional or full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
Qualifications and experience in the curriculum area(s) specified for the position
Ability to model high-level expertise in teaching and learning practice
