The open position is for E commerce specialist.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist at AGS group in Dwarka. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for increasing sales / managing e-commerce operations, optimizing sales strategies, enhancing customer service, analyzing data, and engage with stake holders for designing programmes to enable increase online sales.
Qualifications / Skill Set Required
• Knowledge of E commerce portal programmes like Amazon FBA ,Prime etc
• Knowledge of Listing ,brand registration, shipping ,returns ,revenue calculation.
• Knowledge of E com Ad programmes, pricing , ROI calculation.
• Good Analytical Skills especially excellent excel skills required.
• Knowledge of Tally with inventory & sales invoicing.
• Good Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce ,Business or Marketing.
