Job Description
Role: E-Com Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2-3 years
SUMMARY:
An e-commerce manager who can drive online sales and lead brand growth. A digital ninja who leverages digital technology and scales up an online business. The role requires core responsibility to manage the in-house e-commerce website, including its design, mainline marketing, customer relationship management and product growth.
Responsibilities:
• Manages the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns.
• Works closely and enhances the website’s interface and structure that is aligned with the optimum customer journey experience.
• Works cross-functionally to create automation- and process-optimization tools, leveraging the power of automation to deliver rigorous customer data
• Analyzes, synthesizes and presents data in a way that is actionable for project stakeholders and executives.
• Ability to communicate in order management directly with the customers.
• Maps performance month on month and brings in innovations where required
• Maps marketplace growth and improves in-house e-com performance.
• Communicates e-commerce business performance through a variety of metrics, OKRs, and KPIs, including share of search, product page performance, brand compliance across retailer channels, sales rank.
Skills Required:
• Tech know-how of Shopify and other sales platforms, Google Analytics, Meta business, Microsoft excel and other data analytical platforms
• Market places know-how, line-sheet understanding
• Professional past experience in the D2C digital retail business
• A comprehensive understanding of the logistics systems
• Experience in end-to-end process management
• Digital agility, website-focused mindset
• Decision-making and strong problem-solving
• People Management Skills
• A keen eye for aesthetics and excellent communication skills
• Research and analytical mindset
