Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate to manage the day-to-day operations of our growing ecommerce business. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the ecommerce industry and should be capable of providing guidance on business decisions. The Day-to-Day Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's operations, including HR, sales, and customer service. The candidate should have excellent organizational communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company's vision and strategy.
• Provide guidance on business decisions and help in planning and implementing the company's growth.
• Develop and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure that the company maintains a high level of professionalism.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including order fulfillment, customer service, and logistics.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensure that the company is in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce operations management.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other related tools.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in HR, sales, and operations management.
• High integrity, honesty, and hardworking.
