Job Description
eCommerce is an intrinsic part of our work and one of our major strengths. All our projects require extensive online marketing, optimization, content writing, cataloging, order processing etc. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who can work under deadlines and have an eye for detail.
We are looking for a eCommerce Manager to work from our Jaipur Office with the following characteristics
1. Management Of Official Websites(Including Foreign Languages), International Marketplaces Social Media Platforms(SMO), SEO, Creative/Technical/Web Content Writing And Campaigns/Contests.
2. Managing B2C And B2B Online Marketplaces. The Operations Would Include Online Cataloguing, Marketing & Promotions, Optimisations, Order Processing, Managing Returns & Refunds, Replying To Queries, Case Raise Etc. Marketplaces Would Include Amazon, EBay, Etsy, Flipkart, TradeIndia, India Mart, Exporters India Etc.
3. Business Development Of Official Websites
4. Correspondence With International Customers For Orders
5. Ensuring Compliances Of International Taxation, Shipments And Exports, Law & Regulations, Customs Duties, IOR, FDA, Legal And Operational Risk Management.
