Role Summary
We’re seeking a detail-driven Graphic Designer to own the execution of marketplace creatives, campaign visuals, and brand rollout across eCommerce and retail. You will not be asked to conceptualize the brand — that is being developed by our creative agency — but you’ll play a crucial role in bringing it to life across formats. If bandwidth allows, your creative support may extend to social content and performance campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Primary – Core Design Focus (Must-Have)
• Create platform-specific creatives: Amazon A+ content, Flipkart lifestyle banners, BigBasket tiles, Jiomart brand store graphics.
• Adapt packaging mockups (provided by brand team) into combo offers, gift boxes, and variant displays.
• Ensure all creatives align with approved brand guidelines.
• Design time-sensitive creatives for Sponsored Ad Banners, Deal/Promo Pages, and festival campaigns.
• Work closely with performance marketing team to test high-CTR creatives.
• Prepare exhibition branding: standees, posters, backdrops, shelf talkers.
• Create point-of-sale branding for modern trade (Retail outlet shelf branding, window posters).
Secondary – Optional Add-On Scope (If Workload Permits)
• Design Instagram/Facebook posts, reels thumbnails, and story creatives.
• Work with content team on festive campaign themes.
• Ideate light animated/motion posts (if skilled).
• Assist with internal decks, investor presentations, recruitment collateral.
• Design newsletters, digital brochures, etc.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
• KRA: Focus
• eCommerce Creative TAT: ≥ +5% on-time delivery (per SKU/campaign brief)
• Brand Consistency: 100% alignment with agency-provided brand templates
• Asset Library Management: Maintain SKU-wise asset folders, always updated
• Ad Campaign CTR Impact (joint with Perf. Marketing): ≥ 10% CTR uplift on tested creatives (quarterly)
Preferred Skills & Tools
• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Canva Pro with hands-on experience designing Amazon/Flipkart creatives
• Ability to manage brand kits, content libraries, and template-based output
• Amazon/Flipkart creative specs knowledge preferred
• Basic animation or video editing = Bonus
