Job Title: E-commerce and Quick Commerce Executive

Location: Gurugram

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Reports to: E-commerce Manager / Operations Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for an E-commerce and Quick Commerce Executive with experience in managing online sales and inventory operations. This role involves optimizing e-commerce listings, overseeing stock transfers on a replenishment basis, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• E-commerce Management: Manage and optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify.
• Stock Transfer Management: Oversee stock transfers on a replenishment basis to ensure timely availability of products across platforms.
• Order Processing: Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics for both e-commerce and quick commerce.
• Customer Service: Address customer queries, returns, and resolve issues promptly.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and generate reports to improve performance.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce and quick commerce operations.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, inventory management, and data analysis.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with digital marketing, CRM tools, and inventory management systems
