ENGLAON Television Australia is a family owned business with over 15 years of experiences in cutting edge technology and offers high-quality TV. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Ecommerce Marketplace Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Managing multiple stores/accounts across E-commerce marketplace platforms Amazon, eBay and Kogan . you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve business.
Key Responsibilities:
Category Strategy:
Develop and implement category strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
Product Assortment:
Curate and manage the product assortment within assigned categories.
Collaborate with vendors to source new products and negotiate favorable terms.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels to optimize stock availability and prevent overstock or stockouts.
Implement effective inventory control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase category visibility and drive sales.
Manage individual listing, update products data, specification , pricing and discount
Manage online traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and A/B testing, ensuring data-driven strategies to achieve KPIs
Oversee digital marketing key levers (email marketing, and social media) to drive sales and growth
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize data and analytics tools to track category performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
Maintain monthly abd quarterly growth numbers across portals,
Vendor Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional opportunities to maximize profitability.
Most desired skills and attributes:

Strong time management and organisational skills
Quick learner, who is adept at picking up new software and learning new concepts
Excellent communication, negotiation skills , presentation skills
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and trends.
Specific knowledge of some or all of the following platforms would be highly beneficial.
