We have a secret we've been keeping... Yo-Chi is opening a brand new venue in the iconic Eastland Shopping Centre and we’re looking for an Assistant Venue Leader to help lead the way in this exciting new location!

You'll need to commit to full-time hours and embrace a flexible, rotating roster.

What you’ll do:
Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Manage stock, inventory, and key business metrics (labour, COG's, P&L)
Support the Venue Leader with daily operations, rostering and team development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and positive work environment
