In this role, you will work as part of a team to contribute to the care and development of children aged 3-4 years, ensuring their safety, happiness, and overall well-being. You will ensure that the highest standards of care and safety are met at all times and that children’s development is optimised.

Job Details
Salary: £24,796 - 25,185 pro rata
Contract Type: Fixed term, start September 26 until 25th March 2027 with possible extension.
Working Pattern: Term Time Only
Location: Bognor Regis
Closing date: 29.06.26
Interviews: 30.06.26

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need:
Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent).
Experience in working in a childcare setting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for early years education and child development.
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
