The Role:
At Harmony Early Education Varsity Lakes, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator and Assistant Educator to join our team and become part of a service that truly values its people. We pride ourselves on having a dedicated non-contact leadership team that is present, approachable and available to support educators every day. From mentoring and coaching to helping on the floor when needed, our leadership team is committed to ensuring our educators feel empowered, supported and set up for success.
Our service is home to a wonderful community of families who genuinely partner with us in their children's learning journey. The relationships we have built with our families are something we are incredibly proud of, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional experiences for children and their families.
