Here's what we're looking for:

Familiarity with the FLIGHT curriculum and Emergent curriculum.
Enthusiasm and energy that's contagious.
Genuine love for working with kids.
A caring, compassionate, and patient demeanour.
Flexibility, positivity, and a team player mentality.
In addition, candidates must have:

A clear criminal record checks with a vulnerable sector screening
A Level 3 ECE certificate: REQUIRED
Standard Childcare First Aid and CPR training certification: REQUIRED
Experience with age group from * months to 6 years: REQUIRED
Food handling certification
