We are seeking an experienced Childcare Centre Coordinator to lead our Tiwi Islands Childcare Centre. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, mentoring staff, and developing educational programs that cater to the unique needs of our community.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, experience in leading childcare services, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also possess cultural competency and the ability to work effectively with Indigenous people in a remote community.
