Job Description
Tata Motors is seeking applications from candidates who bring 12-24 months of experience, post completion of their B.E. / B. Tech in 2024, from AICTE/UGC approved Colleges / University for the position of Senior Manager in functions ranging from Operations, Commercial Sales & Service, Quality & P&SC (Purchase & Supply Chain).
Position Description
Positions Title: Senior Manager
Location: Pan India
Purpose of the Position:
As a Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your career in the automotive and manufacturing industry. Your role will encompass comprehensive training, mentorship and hands-on experience in assigned disciplines and functions within our organization. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gain exposure to the manufacturing processes, product development, cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to the development of innovative automotive solutions.

Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics

Eligibility Criteria:
• Throughout 60% in academics and should have completed highest education in stipulated timeframe
• 3-year Diploma + 3-year B.Tech OR
• 12th (2 years) + 4-year B.Tech
• B. Tech. /B.E. graduates (2024 batch) from AICTE/UGC approved colleges/universities.
• Professionals within 12 (Min.) - 24 (Max.) months of work experience, excluding internship/apprenticeship periods.
• Applicants must be currently employed
Compensation Offered (CTC):
• 10 Lakhs per annum
