What Your Days Could Look Like
Based in the heart of Upper Hutt, you'll join a close-knit multidisciplinary team known for its collaborative approach, supportive culture, and commitment to clinical excellence. We celebrate successes together, share knowledge freely, and genuinely enjoy coming to work each day.
With support and guidance, you will:
Help people regain movement, confidence and independence through personalised, evidence-based rehabilitation programmes
Enjoy variety in your week through a combination of clinic-based and community rehabilitation work
Deliver services within ACC and contractual timeframes
Use “Heidi”, our AI note-taking assistant, to streamline documentation and reduce admin time
Collaborate with physiotherapists, OTs, psychologists and other health professionals to deliver holistic care
Build confidence communicating with clients, whānau, funders and stakeholders
Participate in case discussions and team learning sessions
You’ll never be “thrown in the deep end” — you’ll be supported to grow into the role.
Track your clinical outcomes and productivity, setting personal performance goals with the support of your Manager
What We’re Looking For
NZ-recognised Physiotherapy qualification with 1-2 year’s experience post-graduation
Current registration (or eligibility) with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand (PBNZ)
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Strong communication skills and a client-centred approach
Confidence working independently, with support when you need it
Full NZ driver’s licence
