Maintaining a database of Visiting Cards
Taking care of Reimbursement & payments
Keeping track of references & giving updates
Maintaining the Account Ledger - Cash & Bank
Taking care of Introductory mails along with
Thanks giving, Best wishes mails
Booking of Tickets & Accomodation-Coordinating with the vendors for any kinds of train & flight ticket booking for PAN India employees
Taking care of the accomodation for

Coordinating with the accounts team for payments
Assisting the Executive Chairman-Looking after the Mail Communication
Maintaining the Client List
Taking care of signing various agreement.
