JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist primarily the Director with organizational, financial and personal administration on a daily basis.
Conducting research and prepare background information for key business meeting/decisions.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Email management for Director, keep track of correspondence and ensure that all correspondence is dealt with appropriately and quickly.
Work with the Director to manage his calendar/ schedules, coordinating his travel itineraries.
Plan, organize and manage staff meetings to be attended by the Director, prepare MOM and follow up on the tasks/ action decided in the meetings.
Ensure that key dates and events are highlighted to the Director ahead of time.
Prepare important MIS reports and Power Point Presentations for the management.
Take and make phone calls on behalf of the Director.
Travel as per business requirement.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Experience of assisting Director/ President/ Vice-President of any Company division. Ecommerce business exposure is preferred.
Open to travel at national and international level as per business requirements
Strong Analytical Skills and Management Skills
An effective, clear communicator—both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at once; ability to meet deadlines.
Positive, friendly, and incredibly vivacious—with or without coffee!
Punctual, reliable, and impeccably organized
Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
Preferred: MBA/PGDM from a college of repute
