About the Role
The Investigation Manager RCU role is responsible for investigating unauthorized electronic banking transactions disputed by customers.
The ideal candidate will be proactive in managing deadlines and ensuring work products of the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage investigations and deliver quality investigation reports
• Maintain trackers for assigned activities and publish data timely with Supervisor
• Communicate with peer banks and merchants
