As we expand our platform, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our service listings and partner experience.

Role Overview

The E-commerce Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining salon/spa profiles on our platform, ensuring high-quality listings, and providing backend support to partners and the internal team. This is a critical role that ensures our platform offers accurate, updated, and engaging information to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update partner listings (services, pricing, images, offers, etc.) on the platform.
Coordinate with salon/spa partners to gather correct business information.
Ensure quality control of listings – grammar, formatting, image standards, and accuracy.
Assist with onboarding new partners and uploading their information onto the platform.
Monitor the platform for inconsistencies or errors in listings and correct them proactively.
Support customer service and sales teams with listing-related queries or modifications.
Collaborate with tech and product teams to improve backend processes for listing management.
Candidate Requirements

Must be based in Ahmedabad (for in-office role).
Experience in e-commerce product support, data entry, or content management preferred.
Basic understanding of digital platforms and CMS tools.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM or support tools is a plus.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
