E-commerce Specialist – Computer Hardware (On-Site Only)
Location: Atlanta (Clayton County), Georgia
Job Type: 30 hours a week (Monday-Thursday * am-430 pm In-Person Only
Experience: 5+ years required
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales presence in the computer hardware industry. This is a hands-on, in-person role at our office—remote work is not available. The right candidate will be responsible for the daily management of our eBay storefront, growing and managing a new Shopify website, writing product descriptions, taking detailed photos, providing excellent customer service, and expanding into new platforms, such as Facebook Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize our eBay storefront, including listings, pricing, and order processing (shipping)
Take high-quality product photos and write compelling, accurate descriptions.
Build and maintain a Shopify website for our computer hardware inventory.
Utilize SEO and internet marketing best practices to enhance visibility and drive sales.
Deliver prompt and professional customer service through online platforms.
Research competitive pricing and suggest strategic adjustments to optimize pricing.
Expand our sales presence to additional platforms (e.g., Facebook Marketplace)
Track performance metrics and report on ecommerce trends and improvements - monthly
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of e-commerce experience
Strong experience managing eBay seller accounts
Proven skills in building and managing a Shopify store
Working knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce analytics
Strong written communication and photography skills
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Must be able to work on-site daily – this is not a remote position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling on Facebook Marketplace, Amazon, or other platforms
Familiarity with product photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Lightroom)
Formal or informal background in computer hardware and technology
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday
Part-time (up to 30 hours a week, on-site; could become full-time later)
Work Location:
In person, at our office in Atlanta (Clayton County), Georgia
