Job Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and optimize our online store's daily operations. This role will involve overseeing inventory management, order processing, customer service coordination, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Oversee the end-to-end order process, ensuring timely processing, shipping, and delivery.
Monitor order statuses, including cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
Coordinate with warehouses and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Inventory Management:
Track stock levels and assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Update product listings to reflect accurate stock availability.
Collaborate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure inventory is replenished as needed.
Customer Service Support:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly via email, phone, or chat.
Work with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer service standards across all platforms.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
Analyze data trends to recommend improvements in processes and systems.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Website & Platform Maintenance:
Collaborate with the digital marketing and IT teams to ensure product listings are up to date, including descriptions, prices, and images.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues related to the website or e-commerce platform.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improving operational processes to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Implement and oversee the execution of new operational processes or strategies.
Logistics Coordination:
Work closely with logistics partners to ensure smooth shipping and delivery of products.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and manage returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all orders, transactions, and inventory movements.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including product labeling, taxes, and other e-commerce regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
