Amax Leather Canada is currently seeking a dedicated full time E-Commerce Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following responsibilities and possess the following skills:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize and Manage different E-commerce retailers and marketplaces such as Wayfair, Overstock, Home Depot and other retailers.
2. Work with the E-commerce Manager to plan and implement online marketing strategies for the business.
3. Update, Improve and Optimize online listings with the platform’s best practices
4. If needed, work with customer support team to make sure all customers are happy with their order
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. In order to be considered for this position you must have at least 2 years’ experience working in an E-commerce Marketing and Managing environment in the North America market.
3. Must have Experience with working with different E-commerce platforms and marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay, Shopify (or equivalent), or E-commerce Retail Partners.
4. Experience with PPC and other Performance-based advertising is an asset.
5. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, disciplines, strategy and best practices.
6. Strong Data Entry skills with attention to details (Must be skilled with MS Excel)
7. Strong problem-solving skills and be able to demonstrate critical thinking when it comes to unfamiliar tasks and assignments.
8. Strong communication skills is essential (B2B and B2C).
